    • Personal Information: By providing TrainTN with your contact information, communication will be made easy through the application process.
    • Resume: By attaching your resume, your qualifications are made available to TrainTN, assuring all trainers are skilled, competent and experienced in delivering training content.
    • Abstract: The abstract is a summary of the training itself. This information should include the following: lecture summary and discussion topics; participant activities, the method of delivery (face-to-face, large group vs. small group, webinar, train-the-trainer, etc.); intended audience, designated content area (as listed on the application-choose as many as apply); training objectives (to include number of hours credited to participants); and references and resources.

  • Trainer Expectations and Responsibilities

    TrainTN approved trainers are responsible for the entire training event, including the evaluation process and issuing of training completion certificates. Training certificates may not be awarded for partial attendance. Please note attendance documentation must be submitted to TrainTN within seven (7) calendar days of completion of the training. TrainTN training records must be kept for a minimum of three (3) years.
